Get familiar with our space and meet fellow members before your first class.

When you arrive, our front desk staff and trainers greet you and offer a relaxed studio tour, explaining where to store belongings and how to prepare. You'll get introduced to some class regulars to help you feel at home. Our team is happy to answer any initial questions about equipment, class flow, or what to expect so you’re comfortable from the start. No rush—take your time settling in, and let us know of any concerns or needs. This easygoing introduction sets a positive, inviting tone for your fitness journey.

Dynamic Group Warmup

Every class begins together to gently prep your body for activity.

We start with guided stretches and low-impact movements aimed at raising your heart rate and activating core muscle groups.
