"Member" refers to any person using our group training sessions or studio resources.
"Studio" refers to our physical group training location and all offered fitness services.
"Trainer" refers to any certified individual delivering or organizing group classes through our studio.
"Terms" means these terms and conditions and any updates applied.
Using Our Services
Participation in classes requires adherence to health and safety directions provided by trainers and staff.
Eligibility
All persons over 16 years of age may join. Children must be accompanied by a guardian and are not permitted in group sessions.
You must be physically able to participate safely.
Member Responsibilities
By joining, you agree to respect fellow members and trainers at all times.
Prohibited Uses
The following activities are not allowed on our premises:
Intellectual Property
All materials, logos, and class templates are the property of Kryptograph and may not be used or replicated without written permission.
User Content
Content shared by members, such as feedback or photos, may be used for studio communications with permission.
User Content Rights
By sharing, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use submitted content in marketing. You retain full ownership and may revoke permission at any time.
Privacy and Safety
All personal data is treated in accordance with our privacy policy. We aim to maintain a secure studio environment and confidential handling of information.
